			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It seems that Spring arrives earlier and earlier, and Spring seems shorter and shorter every year&#8230; </p>
<p>The Monday following the shift to <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daylight_saving_time">Daylight Savings Time</a> is especially painful&#8230; even though Spring does not officially arrive until March 20th. </p>
<p>IMHO, whenever we <em>spring forward</em>, it throws off the natural changes of the seasons, as well as the individual rhythm of our lives. </p>
<p>My sleep patterns have been disrupted, and adjusting to a new sleep schedule has taken almost a whole week. </p>
<p>That time taken to adjust to a new sleep schedule, is time that I will never really get back—even when we <em>fall back</em> in Autumn.</p>
<p>Colour me annoyed.</p>
