Spring, Sprung, or Sprang…

It seems that Spring arrives earlier and earlier, and Spring seems shorter and shorter every year…

The Monday following the shift to Daylight Savings Time is especially painful… even though Spring does not officially arrive until March 20th.

IMHO, whenever we spring forward, it throws off the natural changes of the seasons, as well as the individual rhythm of our lives.

My sleep patterns have been disrupted, and adjusting to a new sleep schedule has taken almost a whole week.

That time taken to adjust to a new sleep schedule, is time that I will never really get back—even when we fall back in Autumn.

Colour me annoyed.
